After spending the last decade working in business, I’ve noticed that I’ve lost a flair for creativity. Although I’ve been writing books and occasionally writing songs, I’ve felt stuck in life.

I’ve always felt like someone who is motivated and knows the path I’m on but lately… not so much. Hence EFE was born!

There are so many passions in life and this is a place where I can share my thoughts on anything and everything. Whether it’s the latest bookish fad or an indie film that’s come out, or even my own writing process, this is where all my thoughts will go.

I guess it’d be good to put a little bit about me. I’m an self-published author (click here if you want to see the books) and I try to release a book every year. I am horse-mad but sadly lost my own a couple of years back. That’s been a hard adjustment but I still ride regularly. I have my little jack-russell rescue who is coming up to 14. He has a lot of health problems but he’s my best friend. I also play guitar and piano (at a low level, yay for Yousician). I write my own songs which used to be a regular thing but now it’s like a couple a year. I’m an avid reader and recently joined a book club which is interesting. I love photography but struggle taking pictures lately unless I have the perfect setup.

Basically, there’s a lot in life that I love, but everything has sort of stopped because of my own rules of perfection. Now I want to experiment and just keep creating until I find something that reignites the spark that I’ve lost.

Finally, a place where I don’t have to worry about SEO, engagement or subscribers, I can create content purely because I want to. Of course, my business will still be on the side doing it’s thing and I’m sure I’ll still create personal development content, but this is the place to unwind and relax.
